# Burn-pit corrective reviews: report files

Published September 13, 2026. [Read the report](https://claimraven.com/blog/va-burn-pit-denials-corrective-reviews).

The PDF is the designed reading edition. The Excel workbook reproduces published OIG estimates and separately labels arithmetic checks. It contains no individual claims and is not the original VA review workbook. CSV and JSON files provide the evidence ledger and timeline in open formats.

Evidence values retain their source, population, date and limitations. The two burn-pit populations are separate. Open recommendations do not establish a current unpaid total. The timeline JSON preserves a separately labeled survivor comparison as background; it is not part of the burn-pit population. Do not combine the two.

Graphics are available in PNG and SVG. Preserve the source, period and uncertainty labels when reusing them. Credit OIG for its underlying findings and Claim Raven for the reporting, compilation and graphics. No rights to third-party logos or agency endorsement are implied.
