Is there a refund policy?
For the Standard or Plus introductory offer, the $0.99 introductory payment and your first regular subscription payment are each eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 days of that charge. Email help@claimraven.com. Later renewals are reviewed case by case.
Does Claim Raven charge per claim or per condition?
No. Claim Raven subscriptions give you access to the platform's full set of tools for your plan level. You are not charged per claim, per condition, or per tool use. One subscription covers everything included in your plan for as long as it is active.
