Can I upload a C-file that came in several PDFs?
Yes. Select the PDFs together when you upload. Cipher combines them into one analysis.
Can Cipher help me investigate a possible CUE?
Cipher can highlight discrepancies and the records behind them for you to investigate. It does not determine whether an issue meets the legal standard for clear and unmistakable error (CUE).
Do Claim Raven members get a different price?
Current subscribers receive a lower price when no included full analysis is available. Your account shows your price and any eligible included analysis before you proceed.
How does the annual-subscription credit work?
The amount you paid for Cipher can be applied once toward a Standard or Plus annual subscription. Your eligible credit is shown at checkout. It cannot be combined with another discount or referral code, and refunded purchases do not qualify.
How long does the analysis take?
Processing time varies with file size, scan quality and the analysis queue.
Can I come back to my report?
Yes. Sign in and return to Cipher to reopen your saved results. You can download the preview report or, after a full analysis, the full report with its source references.
What if I don't have my C-file yet?
