The conditions you may be able to claim, the evidence for each, and how it lines up with VA's rating criteria. One full medical record review every 30 days. One C-File read included, however many pages your file has. Deeper Ask Raven: deep thinking and up to 10 documents in one chat. Theory Bank: every way a condition can be connected to service, and how the Board has ruled on similar claims. Evidence packet, priority processing and 100 GB of storage. Why Plus costs more: medical records are personal and detailed, and reading them correctly takes more careful work. Clinician services and signatures are not included. More Raven Cipher C-file reads are $19 each, and additional Raven Scans are a separate purchase.

You don’t need to know the VA claims process before you start. Pathfinder guides you from your first questions through your records, evidence and statements to a personalized claim filing plan. Includes Pathfinder and everything in Plus while you're a member, your Strategy Brief, and a Raven Cipher read of your whole C-file, ready as soon as your first payment goes through. Reading your C-file again is free while you're a member. $59 a month, $139 every three months, or $499 a year. The monthly plan renews each month and the three-month plan every three months, until you cancel. The 12-month plan does not renew. Full refund for 60 days after your first payment, even if you've used it. No percentage of back pay.

Which plan should I choose?
Standard reads your VA paperwork: every document you upload is read and summarized, and decision letters and DBQs get a full read. Plus also gives your medical records a full read, with one full medical record review every 30 days and one included C-file read per member, deeper Ask Raven, the evidence packet and priority processing. Medical records are personal and detailed, and reading them correctly takes more careful work, which is why Plus costs more.
Is there a limit on how much I can use?
Plans are for one veteran's own claim. Standard and Plus read decision letters and DBQs and draft statements without a monthly count; a fair-use limit only stops runaway or automated use. Plus includes one full medical record review every 30 days, and more reviews are a separate purchase. Its included C-file read is one per member and does not reset each month or year.
How much document storage is included?
Free storage is 5 documents, 50 MB total. Standard includes 10 GB and Plus includes 100 GB across saved originals in Documents, workspaces, and chat. These are storage allowances, not per-file review limits. Standard and Plus can save PDFs up to 2 GB each. A basic document review accepts up to 50 MB per PDF. Raven Scan can review up to 30 PDFs totaling 2 GB and 12,000 pages, within your storage allowance and with an available Scan allowance. Scanned images have a reading budget; the report lists unread pages.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Your saved originals remain available to open, download, or remove. If they exceed your new allowance, new uploads pause until there is room.
Does creating a free account start a paid subscription?
No. A free account includes the starter uses listed above. You choose whether to purchase a paid plan.
Is everything included in a subscription?
No. Plus, monthly or annual, and Pathfinder include one Raven Cipher C-file read, however many pages your file has. Standard reads and extra Plus reads are $19 each; Pathfinder members read again for free. Additional medical record reviews are a separate purchase, and clinician services are not included.
Does Claim Raven take a percentage of my back pay?
No. You pay the listed price for the plan or purchase you choose.
Can I ask questions by phone before I choose?
Yes. Call Claim Raven's AI assistant at (877) 806-3795, day or night. It answers questions about plans, prices and tools from these pages. It can't see your account, and calls aren't recorded. For help with your account or a bill, email help@claimraven.com.
How does annual billing work?
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at checkout and renew yearly unless canceled.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel online from Billing. Eligible accounts may see optional ways to keep or change the plan before selecting a reason and confirming. A successful cancellation schedules the subscription to end after the current paid period, so you normally keep paid access until then.
Is there a refund policy?
For the Standard or Plus introductory offer, the $0.99 introductory payment and your first regular subscription payment are each eligible for a full, no-questions-asked refund when requested within 30 days of that charge. Email help@claimraven.com. Later renewals are reviewed case by case.
