Keep AI optional Use the original non-AI draft when preferred. Optional AI editing requires its current sign-in and consent gates. No one must use AI to finish the statement. Compare every edit Remove changed meaning, added certainty, unsupported detail, legal conclusions, and language that no longer sounds like the writer. The writer's accurate voice is preserved. Review the complete export Check names, dates, pages, signature needs, and attachments before deciding whether and how to use it. The export remains a veteran-controlled draft. If the product and source do not match A result, status, date, label, or draft conflicts with the source record Reopen the complete source rather than a screenshot or excerpt Confirm the selected account, workspace, document, condition, and date range Look for a partial, stale, failed, generated, or user-entered label Correct or discard the product output instead of changing the source to fit it Use the complete source and current official instructions for consequential action. Report a product defect with synthetic or irreversibly redacted details only. For product help, describe the route, visible state, and expected behavior without attaching private records, credentials, or identifying claim details.
