Your VA claim, guided every step of the way.
Pathfinder's AI reads your records and writes your claim strategy. Then it walks you through each step, from your first record to filing day. $500 for the year, and you keep 100% of your back pay.
Don't want to type it? Call and tell your story.
Call (888) 409-PATH any hour. Pathfinder's AI assistant asks your Talk questions out loud, lets you finish, then asks the follow-up questions VA cares about. Your words come back to your account as drafts you approve, and they go into your Strategy Brief. Talk as long as you need. Up to an hour a call and 4 hours of calls every month: 48 hours across your Pathfinder year. It asks what VA asks. Follow-up questions about when it started, how often it happens, how bad it gets and what it stops you doing. Those are the details VA looks for. Your words, not a rewrite. What you say is saved as a draft for each question. You use it, edit it or answer differently before it counts. Unused drafts are deleted after 30 days, and call audio isn't recorded. Rather stay on the screen? Tap the microphone under any Talk question and talk instead of typing, for as long as you like. An AI assistant answers every call, day or night.
Pathfinder's AI does the heavy lifting.
It reads your records. Upload medical records, decision letters and service documents. The AI reads them and finds the evidence for each condition. It reads your VA claim file. Your year includes one Raven Cipher review of your C-file, a $99 value, so you can see what VA already has on file. It writes your Strategy Brief. Within two days of listing your conditions, you get a claim-by-claim plan: the records behind each claim, the VA rules that apply, what's missing and what to do next. It turns gaps into next steps. Missing proof becomes a clear task, like a statement to write or a record to request. Answer the guided interview, and your Brief gets stronger.
Guided every step of the way.
Pathfinder breaks your claim into ten steps and saves your place, so you always know what comes next. Protect your date. Learn how an Intent to File can protect your back pay start date while you gather evidence. Build your profile. Add your service history and deployments, and screen for toxic exposures. Add your records. Upload what you have. You don't need your C-file to start. Tell your story. Answer guided questions about what happened and how it affects you today. Type, use the microphone, or call and talk it through. See your case. Get an early read on each condition's strengths, gaps and open questions. Strengthen your evidence. Draft statements in your own words and track what's still missing. Get your Strategy Brief. Download your claim-by-claim plan, with the records and VA rules behind each recommendation. Prepare for your C&P exam. Review each condition and practice clear, honest answers. Review your package. Check that everything is complete before you decide to file. File and follow up. See how to submit and what to expect after you file.

No sales team. That's how it stays $500.
Claim companies often charge five times your monthly increase, and that fee has to pay their sales and case staff. Pathfinder runs on AI instead, so there's no sales office built into your price. Nobody calls to close you. No sales reps, and no follow-up calls pushing a bigger plan. Questions before you buy? Call (888) 409-PATH. An AI assistant answers, day or night. The AI does the work staff would. Reading your records, sorting the evidence and writing your plan is the work claim companies pay people to do. Pathfinder's AI does it, so the price is a flat $500. No pressure to decide. Read everything here, call with questions and take your time. If you start and it isn't for you, you get a full refund for 30 days.
Built to stay inside VA's rules.
It never acts for you. VA law says only VA-accredited attorneys, agents and VSO representatives can act for you on a claim (38 U.S.C. § 5901). Pathfinder is software you use yourself. It doesn't represent you, and you file your own claim. It never charges for representation. Accredited agents and attorneys can't charge you for help before VA decides your first claim (38 U.S.C. § 5904). Pathfinder's price pays for software, not representation. It never takes a cut of your benefits. VA warns veterans about companies that charge for claim help without accreditation, often as a share of back pay. Pathfinder is a flat price for the year, with no percentage of your award. Already working with an accredited representative? Bring your Strategy Brief to them. Pathfinder works alongside them.
Why I built Pathfinder.
I built Pathfinder to give veterans another option for their claims. Right now the choices are hard. Free VSOs do important work, but many are overworked and can't walk every veteran through every step. Claim companies will, for five times your monthly increase. Accredited agents and attorneys commonly take 20% of your back pay. Pathfinder sits in between: a guided program that does the heavy lifting with you, for a flat $500 a year, and never a share of your back pay. My goal is for you to understand your own claim, not just get through it. Pathfinder explains what VA looks for and why each step matters as it walks you through the work. Landon, Founder, Claim Raven. Army veteran · Former combat medic.

Common questions
Does Pathfinder take a cut of my back pay?
No. Pathfinder is $500 for the year, paid once or in installments. It never takes a percentage of your back pay or your monthly payments.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads the records you upload, and your C-file if you run the included Cipher review. It finds the evidence for each condition, checks it against the VA rules and writes your Strategy Brief. You review everything and make the decisions.
How is this different from Claim Raven Plus?
Plus gives you the tools. Pathfinder adds the ten guided steps, your AI-built Strategy Brief, a C-file review and priority support, and puts the work in order so you're never guessing what's next. A year of Plus is included.
Who answers the help line?
An AI assistant answers (888) 409-PATH, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Anyone can call about Pathfinder's steps, the Strategy Brief and the refund terms. Members who enter the phone code from their account can also ask about their own progress, records and Strategy Brief. Call audio is never recorded. For account or payment help, email guide@claimraven.com, where Pathfinder members get priority replies.
Can I do the Talk step by phone?
Yes. Get a phone code on the Talk screen, call (888) 409-PATH and press 1 to agree that the call is written down. Pathfinder's AI assistant asks your Talk questions out loud and follows up. Your words are saved as drafts you review before they count, and unused drafts are deleted after 30 days. A call can last up to an hour, with 4 hours of calls a month. The call audio isn't recorded, and OpenAI processes your speech during the call. You can also tap the microphone on any Talk question to dictate your answer.
What if I don't have every record yet?
Start with what you have. Your first Strategy Brief is built from the conditions you list and the records you add, and you don't need your C-file first. Add more as they arrive.
Can I use Pathfinder after a denial or for an increase?
Yes. Pathfinder works for a first claim, a rating increase or a claim VA denied. For a denial, start with the decision letter and the records behind it.
Does Pathfinder file my claim or represent me?
No. Pathfinder is software, and no one represents you or reviews your claim for you. You decide what to file and submit it yourself, or bring your Strategy Brief to your VSO. Pathfinder can't promise a rating.
What is the refund policy for this annual offer?
You can request a full refund through day 30 after enrollment, even if you've used the included analysis and Strategy Brief. After that, the refund is based on what you've paid above the value already delivered and may be $0. The $500 package allocates $300 to annual access, prorated daily, $50 to a successfully delivered Cipher review and $150 to a successfully delivered Strategy Brief. These are parts of the package price, not extra charges. Product-defect outputs that failed or were unusable aren't deducted. Exiting stops remaining payments and ends Pathfinder and its included Plus access. You keep your own records and can export completed outputs. A separate Plus subscription is unaffected. The time your request is received controls the refund; you don't owe an additional exit payment.
Can I enroll now?
The enrollment section shows current availability. Existing members can sign in to continue their workspace.
