Which medical records can I upload?
Upload PDFs of VA Blue Button reports, service treatment records, and records from other providers. In your personal account, you can add up to 30 PDFs totaling 2 GB and 12,000 pages for one Scan. Your files must fit your account's storage allowance. Confirm your included Scan or purchased credit before the review starts.
What will my report include?
Documented conditions, symptoms and treatment history, supporting findings, references to record pages, and questions to follow up. You can also download a shorter Claim Review Brief.
What does Plus include?
Plus includes one Deep Review every 30 days. Additional scans and full C-file analysis are separate purchases.
What if part of my file can't be read?
The report lists pages it couldn't read. Blurry scans, unsupported pages, or the image-reading budget can leave gaps, even when a file fits the upload limit. Check those pages in your original records before relying on the findings.
