Send a bounded invitation for the intended condition or event, confirm the recipient and contact information, and avoid placing sensitive claim details in the message subject or ordinary support channels.
Overview
A request does not control the witness or evidence weight The recipient decides whether to respond and what firsthand observations are accurate. Claim Raven does not script the witness, recommend a quota, submit the statement, or determine its credibility or sufficiency.
Use Send Request with a reviewable workflow
Choose a relevant witness Ask someone with firsthand observations connected to the bounded issue. The request goes to a person who can speak from personal knowledge. Keep the invitation limited Name the general topic without placing unnecessary medical or claim details in the message. The recipient understands the request with less exposure. Let the witness use their own words Do not supply facts, certainty, or conclusions the witness did not independently report. The returned draft remains the witness's account. Read tracking as product state Delivery, opened, and returned states do not prove VA receipt or evidence weight. Request status is not mistaken for claim status. If the product and source do not match A result, status, date, label, or draft conflicts with the source record Reopen the complete source rather than a screenshot or excerpt Confirm the selected account, workspace, document, condition, and date range Look for a partial, stale, failed, generated, or user-entered label Correct or discard the product output instead of changing the source to fit it Use the complete source and current official instructions for consequential action. Report a product defect with synthetic or irreversibly redacted details only. For product help, describe the route, visible state, and expected behavior without attaching private records, credentials, or identifying claim details.
