The Overview tab summarizes selected aggregate measures. Check the metric definition and date before comparing periods, and do not convert national patterns into an individual prediction.

Aggregate patterns do not predict an individual claim Read every metric with its source, date, population, definition, exclusions, and access state. Raven Insights does not analyze personal claim data, select a lane, calculate a deadline, or predict a veteran's outcome.
Use Overview with a reviewable workflow
Read the metric definition Identify the numerator, denominator, unit, time period, and population before comparing values. The chart is interpreted under its actual definition. Check source and as-of date Do not describe historical or periodically refreshed data as live. Volatility and lag remain visible. Avoid individual inference Do not turn an aggregate rate, average, region, or demographic group into a personal probability. Research stays separate from claim prediction. Verify consequential facts elsewhere Use VA.gov, the complete notice, and current primary authority for an individual action. A chart does not control a filing or response. If the product and source do not match A result, status, date, label, or draft conflicts with the source record Reopen the complete source rather than a screenshot or excerpt Confirm the selected account, workspace, document, condition, and date range Look for a partial, stale, failed, generated, or user-entered label Correct or discard the product output instead of changing the source to fit it Use the complete source and current official instructions for consequential action. Report a product defect with synthetic or irreversibly redacted details only. For product help, describe the route, visible state, and expected behavior without attaching private records, credentials, or identifying claim details.
