Raven Insights
National VA claims analytics and BVA decision intelligence for Plus subscribers. Compare condition patterns, regional office trends, and appeal outcomes before filing.
Where does Raven Insights data come from?
Raven Insights uses aggregate public or licensed datasets identified in the product. Read the displayed source, coverage, definition, and as-of date before interpreting a chart; no dataset is automatically current or complete.
Does Raven Insights show my personal claim data?
Raven Insights is an aggregate research surface and should not be read as an analysis of a user's personal claim. A national or regional pattern does not determine an individual veteran's facts or outcome.
Which tier do I need for Raven Insights?
Access depends on the current plan and entitlement shown in the product. Use the live plan comparison rather than an archived Help Center promise about a tier, cap, or included feature.
Overview
The Overview tab summarizes selected aggregate measures. Check the metric definition and date before comparing periods, and do not convert national patterns into an individual prediction.
Compensation
Compensation charts describe aggregate published data under the displayed definitions. They do not calculate a veteran's rating, monthly payment, effective date, eligibility, or likely award.
Claims Pipeline
Pipeline charts summarize aggregate claim stages or inventory measures for the stated source period. They are not live tracking for a user's claim and do not replace VA.gov status.
Appeals
Appeals charts summarize aggregate decision or docket patterns under the displayed source definitions. They do not select a review lane, calculate a filing date, or predict an individual appeal.
Regional
Regional comparisons depend on source coverage, period, and metric definition. They do not establish which office controls a claim, why a claim moved, or whether one location will produce a better or faster result.
Processing
Processing measures are historical aggregates and can change. Do not use an average as a deadline, completion date, service promise, or prediction for a particular claim.
Demographics
Demographic charts describe aggregate groups under the source's categories and coverage. They do not infer a user's identity, eligibility, rating, claim strength, or outcome.
