Which plan should I choose?
Lite covers ongoing answers to your claim questions. Standard adds recurring document reading and statement preparation. Plus adds a Standard Scan every 30 days, bulk-packet reads, 10 Claim Workspaces, the evidence packet export, priority processing, and higher allowances. Compare the included usage with the work you expect to do.
How much document storage is included?
Free storage is 5 documents, 50 MB total. Lite includes 10 GB, Standard includes 10 GB and Plus includes 100 GB across saved originals in Documents, workspaces, and chat. Standard and Plus accept PDFs up to 2 GB each. File and analysis limits are separate; Cipher reads remain a separate purchase.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Your saved originals remain available to open, download, or remove. If they exceed your new allowance, new uploads pause until there is room.
Does creating a free account start a paid subscription?
No. A free account includes the starter uses listed above. You choose whether to purchase a paid plan.
Is everything included in a subscription?
No. Each plan has its own tools and limits. Raven Cipher reads and Raven Scan Deep Reviews are separate purchases, and clinician services are not included.
Does Claim Raven take a percentage of my back pay?
No. You pay the listed price for the plan or purchase you choose.
How does annual billing work?
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at checkout and renew yearly unless canceled.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel online from Billing. Eligible accounts may see optional ways to keep or change the plan before selecting a reason and confirming. A successful cancellation schedules the subscription to end after the current paid period, so you normally keep paid access until then.
Is there a refund policy?
For the Standard or Plus introductory offer, the $0.99 introductory payment and your first regular subscription payment are each eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 days of that charge. Email help@claimraven.com. Later renewals are reviewed case by case.
