Edited to Add: I do not make reviews under my real name. The response from the owner does not seem to realize this. As an office of attorneys, I'm surprised they couldn't understand why... I'd be happy to discuss with any interested clients about what I experienced, but do not wish to interact with this firm again. Our experience with this firm was incredibly disappointing. We were spoken to in a rude, dismissive, and demeaning manner, with little regard for the emotional nature of the situation or for the boundaries we attempted to communicate. Rather than feeling heard or respected as clients, we felt belittled and talked down to throughout the interaction. As women, we found the communication especially condescending and uncomfortable. Professionalism, empathy, and basic respect should be the bare minimum when dealing with clients, particularly during stressful or sensitive legal matters. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Stay far, far, away unless you enjoy dealing with frat-boy mansplainers. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Awesome law office, the whole group works hard and keeps you in the loop. Would highly recommend them. When looking for an attorney you get what you pay for. They were worth every dime I spent.

I reached out to this law group with a brief summary of my situation. I Received what appeared to be an automated message (dear sir/madam…) that they would not be taking me as a client with no explanation. I replied and stated I would appreciate if they would let me know why they declined me and that I would prefer to hear from a human being instead of an automated message. I received a message from staff containing jargon I did not understand, stating it was not an automated message - that an attorney reviewed my brief, declined it, which sent out an automated message to me declining me as a client. I again asked if I could be informed on the reason I was declined, explaining I did not understand the jargon, nor did I think it was appropriate to use terms not understood by a lay person. I received a reply saying they were too busy & had too many clients, 100 or so, to take the time to give me the reason. As a provider with over 500 patients, I am extremely busy also but I would not refuse to explain my rationale for not taking someone on as a patient. I would refrain from engaging in business with a company espousing this level of insensitivity, who relays they are essentially too busy to treat one with a modicum of decency. I see they have some nice reviews from paying clients, however the way you treat people who are not giving you money speaks volumes.
