When I called asking about services the operator said "Well, I don't know of any services like that. There are legal agencies in this building but I don't know of any that can help you." What? What kind of answer is that? Sorry but this was not a girlfriend to girlfriend call. I was calling a professional agency expecting professionalism. And now my search continues on while this chick gets paid and adored.

So so SOOO rude! Could not answer questions and just kept repeating predetermined phrases, then got agitated, told -me- to calm down, them hung up. I called back to get someone else, whom I'm sure was in the same room, and just put me on hold without addressing me or even finishing their own sentence. After 2.5 minutes, I figured she wasn't coming back. We were also denied services because we were NOT transgender. I was obviously shocked at this response, and she again, repeated her memorized lines. Bizarre!
