I received prompt communication via phone calls and email. If someone did not know the precise answer they placed me on hold or called me back. Inappropriate expectations were not set which was appreciated. This is a critical service and I am disappointed to see older negative reviews and less current positive ones. They help people who can not afford an attorney when they qualify and their case merits intervention. The Dove project is essential for families in NH I read on the Facebook page and appreciate all of the work both are doing. There is a lot of information on the 603LA website that helps one to advocate for themselves.

Any time I have had any legal trouble they have said they cannot help.

i called on monday 4- 6-2026 during the intake time frame between 9:30 am to 12:30 pm Monday thro Wednesday and i was given the option to receive a call back by pushing the number 3 and i would keep my place in line that was not true waited all day Monday and Tuesday no call back i then decided to call again on 4-8-2026 at 9:30 on the dot was zero in queue again waited over 45 mins and no response this is not ok as i have been waiting for a call back and never received the call i would just do the app online however im high functioning autistic, as well as learning disabled it is easier for me to do something like this over the Phone so disappointed another firm that says they are there for people and then they turn around and make it nearly impossible to get help

Unreliable. Sent them a lot of personal info. They contacted me letting me know they accepted my application and were willing to attend court. Then they never returned my emails or calls. And they never showed up.

I recently helped a friend with a legal issue fill out an application for 603 Legal Aid assistance. [name removed] called him the very next day, and [name removed] called a few days later. After gathering all the facts, we then found out my friend did not have to go to court after all and the case was dismissed by the plaintiff after [name removed] brought information to their attention. Thank you both very much for helping out my friend as we were both very worried about him having to go to court.
