My wife’s best friend referred me to this company based on what they had done for her husband. I found it difficult to make the initial call to them because of my own pride and unwillingness to be honest. This company and group of people are kind, understanding, and they have first hand skin in the game as their relatives are service members. I never felt like I was gaming the system or getting more than I deserved. Most service members I know feel poorly about troubling others for help. I’m here to say you will not be sorry and they will help you. Not just making sure you are getting what you’re entitled but helping you understand and navigate the incredibly muddy waters the VA intentionally puts in place. After interviewing a couple of different practices about helping me submit a VA claim, I selected Bartlett. Plain and simple this was the firm that seemed genuinely interested in getting the benefits based on my record and doctors opinions. A few other firms left a bad taste with the direction they wanted to go in order to get benefits. This process with Bartlett was fairly simple. I didn't have to do a ton of research or figure out how to administratively work through the process. They communicated well and the process took little effort on my part to get to my rating. If you are looking for quick and dirty, this might not be the assistance you are looking for. If you are looking to get the proper rating for your issues, I would give them a call!

One of my best days in recent memory is when I was introduced to the Bartlett Legal Group. When I met Rebecca Bartlett, I had just been denied hearing aids from the VA. I was pretty depressed because I knew that I had pretty substantial hearing loss from my service as a US Navy Naval Aviator, having served extensively aboard an aircraft carrier while I was on active duty and in the Naval Reserves. The VA claim process was explained, medical exams were scheduled, timelines were explained, my narrative was written, and I felt that I received excellent counsel the whole way! This turned out to be an understatement! The bottom line is that I have recommended other veterans to use Bartlett’s services and to absolutely not try and bring their claim to the VA without using Bartlett’s expertise and services. They are definitely the experts and they definitely know the VA claim process inside and out. I am 100% satisfied with the resolution of my claim and now enjoy my VA supplied hearing aids more than I could have ever imagined!
