Denied because no one made sure SSA received my medical records. They filed a reconsideration and I asked how do we know they're going to get the records this time and the only answer I received was they just will. I had the opportunity to email Atty Jay Flemming and had a few questions about RFC assessments and he replied to the the email but completely ignored my questions. I don't bug them but I had legitimate questions regarding RFC which is a critical assessment. I fired them today. I got the feeling that this firm drags your claim out to the appeals process to maximize their payment.
