Overall, my dad and I could not be happier with the VA Disability Group, specifically Melissa Divan, who was phenomenal. I reached out given concern for my elderly father and Melissa was quick to respond and setup a meeting at no cost to cover all details. This really helped alleviate all concerns and questions and allowed us to trust the process, which was well explained and monitored the entire time.
