Henry was the Director of the Veterans Benefits Aid Council that closed up earlier this year. The business took money up front from our nations veterans including my father and did not perform the work requested. Fraud!
Added for response: If you pay somebody up front to work with the VA to submit a claim and it never gets submitted, the job was not completed. Yes the VA is incompetent, no they never received a claim submission for what you were paid to do. Clear facts!

The only part of this review that is correct is that VBAC closed earlier this year.
VBAC worked hard to make sure did everything was done as it was supposed to be done for its clients, including this reviewer.
VBAC has already sent copies multiple times to this reviewer showing where it prepared and filed everything correctly with the VA.
Mistakes at the VA have led several clients to blame VBAC for problems at the VA. The allegations in this review about taking money from veterans and performing are not true.

Not an attorney that can be trusted. I was referred to Mr. Fincher's practice by David Day. The assistant who answered the call initially informed me Mr. Fincher's office is not accepting legal malpractice cases and referred me back to Mr. Day. When I told her that Mr. Day had referred me to Mr. Fincher, she put me on hold, checked with someone back in the office for several minutes, then proceeded with taking my intake info. Next day, the assistant called me to inform me they would not be able to help me, without providing any reason. When I asked why, she said they are not accepting cases that are heard in front of the Professional Board of Responsibility (PBR), which sounded like a made up excuse. When I pointed out that the opposing party was not only an attorney herself, but an attorney who had hired another attorney to represent her, and asked her to explain to me how that was even fair, to go against two attorneys in front of the PBR without any professional help, she had no clue, became very rude, she told me she had to go, then hang up on me. When I called back and insisted on talking to Mr. Fincher, I was put on hold for 10 mins, before they hang up on me yet again. I called for a third time and left a voice mail for Mr. Fincher to ask for his help yet again, or a justification why he is not able to help, that was never answered. A law firm that cannot provide a clear, unequivocal, succinct reason for why they cannot help is not worthy of a client's time or money. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of behavior. Case in point, the arrogance and condescending nature of the law firm shows crystal clear in their response. What a nasty business.

This gentleman is not a client and is angry that we did not take his case. He has no idea what kind of legal services we provide - and he never will.

Mr. Fincher is a skilled and experienced family law litigator. He cuts through courtroom arguments with precision relying on his years of insight. He knows what will work and what will not. Highest recommendation possible.

Claim Raven is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We do not recommend or endorse any attorney or claims agent. Listings come from VA's public accreditation records. Paid placements are advertising. Check an attorney's accreditation on VA's accreditation search before you hire them.
VA accreditation allows a person to represent claimants before VA. It is not a recommendation. Attorneys are lawyers; claims agents are accredited non-attorneys. A VSO can provide free claims help. Confirm current accreditation in VA's official search.
