Personally, I would not use them the first person that I talked to in the beginning spoke multiple languages and would say words in Spanish I believe it was and then back to English after that it was I write out paperwork stuff , and then they submitted on my behalf and I wouldn’t hear from any of them. Honestly, I feel like I could’ve just went through the VA and I had the resources from the VA to help me. Especially since I don’t really know how to write anything so glad nothing really came out of my decision. I didn’t get lower and I didn’t get higher because from what it seemed like they did for me. It was worth nothing. Also, I constantly told them I could only talk on Fridays due to work restraints and if I missed any time, I missed out on a work bonus they never called me on Fridays. In fact last week I missed out on my work bonus because they called me on a Tuesday or Wednesday, asking if I was ready to speak with a case manager soon and if I would be interested in, I don’t know the word for it but it’s where you don’t like the decision that they made, and you want to redo it so it was really nice missing out on my small little bonus that I get for being there for 40 hours all because I made a five minute phone call
