I have been a client for five years with Berry Law. Before I started with my claims I was using the VSO officer who got me 10% for hearing loss. I really didn’t know my rights as a Vietnam Veteran having served in the sixties. After talking with a fellow veteran he told me the only way you are going to get your proper benefits is to hire a lawyer!! Boy was he right! I found Berry Law online and the Attorney that was assigned to my claims fought for me every day until her departure of Dec 2025. Before her departure I was at 90% for a couple of years which she wasn’t satisfied with that. Before she departed she was able to have the VA award me 100% PT disability for the rest of my life. It took ten years to get it, and only after going with Berry Law and having a great case manager who fought for me every day was I able to be 100% disabled with permanent and total disability rating!! Don’t waste you time going to the VA and having them fight for you. They have no legal rights and it’s a very slow process. Please note, all Law firms will take at least 20% a one time commission of what ever back pay the award you! It was well worth it and they deserved it!! I’m still actually submitting claims to this day for other things like the Camp LeJeune contaminated drinking water and what it has done to my Kidneys and Prostate. I can’t get a higher monthly payment however, the Marines are responsible for allowing that contamination to be a secret for 34 years and no have to pay the price for all the cancer victims and deaths that they are responsible for! I’m so this sounds like a rant and upon getting out of the Marines back in 1968 I never knew my rights as a young man and what VA rights I had! They are not going to tell either. Maybe it’s different today, however, it was ask me no questions and I’ll tell you nothing! Berry Law Firm changed my life forever, they are an amazing team. I’m forever grateful! L Lindberg

I’ve heard good things but so far the communication is horrible, I’ve emailed, i’ve called, they don’t respond it’s like they’re out of business? Filled my claim signed off on it then received automated emails asking me to complete my claim form that Ive already completed, no one calls back to tell me anything, so now I don’t know if they received it or if nothing has been done… very confusing,

I am anxiously awaiting the results of Berry Law’s efforts on my behalf. I pray that I get a 100% rating with P&T and some back pay. My knee claims have been in the works for a number of years and even after total knee replacement of both, I still experience constant severe pain and burning. And that does not include my other issues. Praying that we get positive results soon!!
