wish i could give zero stars they are unprofessinal and when they call you back they only let the phone ring one time before hanging up then sending a text saying they can't reach you. If you walk in the turn you away.. I've been trying to get help from them for the same issue for 5 months now. What a joke, this place should be closed down

I had an emergency protective order on Friday. I started calling Friday afternoon. I have been hung up on, and have had no call backs yet. I tried going into the office and the receptionist was so rude and would not even listen to what I was telling her. I told her. My hearing was in 5 days and that I suffer from severe anxiety panic attacks and disassociation disorder and I can prove it with medical record and that I needed an attorney to help me speak in front of the judge. She was so cold and heartless and said there was nothing she could do that someone would get back to me in 7-14 days. I told her my case will be over by then and she shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing I could do. I immediately went into a panic attack with my two small children there with me and this cold hearted lady didn’t even ask if I was ok. I had to call my husband to be on the phone with the kids in case I passed out hoping that she would at least call 911 if I did pass out and he could be on the phone with the kids so they weren’t scared. I mean someone literally threatened to kill my children and no sympathy or anything! It’s no wonder that crime rates are so high. No one takes threats seriously. Shame on you legal aid and shame on your receptionist.

Insanely rude and dismissive to someone going through a really hard time. Do not do business with these people, absolutely terrible.

scheduled an appointment for consultation, the person i spoke with asked me a few questions and when the question of how much money i have in my account came up and i provided an answer, the call “dropped”. the representative did call me back and left a message to call back to speak to anyone in intake but of course i couldn’t reach anyone back. disappointing

Tammy Adams worked with me and was sooooo professional and helpful. Answered all my questions and dealt with me as I was on quite an emotional roller coaster. Thank you Tammy Adams!!
