🌟 1 out of 5 Stars Unethical fee practices and unlawful contract terms.I hired Beers Mallers to handle four straightforward small claims cases and pre-paid substantial upfront retainers totaling between $6,000 and $8,000. Despite the simple nature of small claims court, the firm reactively generated and demanded an additional $8,000+ in arbitrary, inflated billing statements on top of my retainers.When I rightfully fired the firm due to these predatory billing practices, they pressured me into a settlement agreement. To hide their behavior, they inserted explicit clauses into the contract stating that I was completely banned from filing a disciplinary grievance against them and banned from leaving a negative online review. The attorney even reinforced this threat by sending me a direct email stating that I was legally prohibited from reporting them.Please be aware: Under the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) and Indiana state legal ethics, it is entirely illegal for a law firm to restrict a client from filing an ethics grievance or posting an honest review. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission and initiated fee arbitration with the local Bar Association. If you are looking for transparent billing, ethical behavior, and honesty, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Andrew grossnickle is a "lawyer" here. He is very effective at pushing false narratives. When I tried to correct his false given information , he mocked me. I guess it's funny to him watched someone's family getvlost in the court system. Then to boot he keeps seeing my reviews on here and confronted me in the court lobby. All of this 2 years after he was dismissed. Truly preverted outlook on his carrleer and very unprofessional.
