My daughter was in a serious side by side accident on Labor day weekend 2025 and my wife and I did not know what to do and how to handle things when we were informed that once my insurance company found out the accident was caused by another party they would want their money back. I could not think of who to call till I remember seeing ads for Jan Dils so I called and I explained what was going on and what was happening and they were very helpful. One day I got the mail and there was a letter from a collection agency stating that if they find that the other party was liable they wanted to be paid back. So my insurance approved the surgery and after it is all said and done I get another letter from the same recovery people stating the same stuff.
