Jill Mitchell-Thein

I cannot recommend Ms. Mitchell-Thein highly enough. I found her while researching online, and she quickly proved to be highly knowledgeable, responsive, and an excellent communicator. The VA had assigned an incorrect effective date for one of my claims. Jill was able to describe why the date was incorrect, make a very strong case for following what the law says, and it resulted in nearly 4 years of retroactive pay for me. She's worth every penny.
