My mother did a trust with one of the big Estate and Trust Attny's who turned out to be just document Attny's. They offered no support other than constantly referring to the documents they produced even when asking for clarification on meaning and definitions. BUT when I sat with Hank @ Weatherby and Associates that all changed! Since I've been with him, he has answered my many questions. He is always willing to give my guidance as I navigate the responsibilities of managing all my mother's medical, financial and caregiving needs. Attny Julio Murillo has been very persistently working on VA benefits. He always responds to my questions - is very clear in his directions - and frequently give update status on the process. Weatherby and Associates is the first law firm I have come across who has a Social Worker on their team. Kirstine is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She is always willing to attend a meeting between myself and the nursing home (where I have many disputes with their care). She offers not only guidance, but her advice that is based on years of experience. I'm grateful for her support.
