It's amazing how lawyers get a bad reputation for helping people when the results aren't met, when results are resolved by/according the information provided by clients. I say that to say: Trudie (and Rachel) are the most "down to earth" lawyers I have ever encountered and I work in the retirement plan industry where retirement plan participants attempt to sue plan sponsors for lack of their fiduciary responsibilities to a participant's account. Trudie has assisted me with every aspect of my father's and mother's passing, including preparing me for the probability of possible outcomes which could either directly or indirectly affect a decisions made now/currently. And, they're always willing to field questions at the "drop of a hat," even if they have to research the issue, and call back. They personify the meaning of "CARING!"

THe Kabb Law firm is very caring to my elderly parents who were transitioning from their home to a facility. Rachel and her team are helpful and kind. I am so thankful I used them I would be at a loss given this is my first time handling my parents affairs. They also have fantastic resources for referrals.
