Not good as of yet but it's due to change !

I called this company for assistance and simply asked who I was speaking with. The lady on the phone responded, "You don't need to know that," which immediately came across as rude and unprofessional. Later, I called back to thank her for assisting with the situation and politely asked if I could speak with a supervisor or someone who could answer questions and take complaints. Instead of helping, she kept moving the goal post, briefly said "sorry," and then hung up the phone on me.That is terrible customer service and bad business practice. Customers should be able to ask questions, know who they are speaking with, and have access to someone who can properly address concerns or complaints. Very disappointing experience.
