Was told I would be able to get generalized advice on an URGENT matter once I got transferred to an 888 number, but then once transferred, they said I’ll have to wait until mid next week. Please don’t give desperate people false hope.

For two years I’ve had over 7 different agencies referring me to this service in the end I reported them to the IRS and better business bureau for fraud concerns . As all they did was take my persona information and waste an hour of time

Her name is Ms. Torres As she works for the Florida legal service spoke with her on the phone today around 11:18. As a person who works in customer service, she would get fired immediately or have to take extensive customer service classes, but that might not even help her the moment we got on that phone and started talking. She was very disrespectful from the Beginning every time, I would explain the situation for why I called and what I need she would get loud get an attitude and tell me that doesn’t help her. And I kept a calm, cool demeanor, and I kept trying to explain to her and answer her questions as best as I can, but still this lady somehow can’t keep a cool proceeds to get even louder. I hung up the phone. Please get a better assistant up there or somebody else and I’m not the only person saying that in these Reviews there are multiple people complaining about what seems like the same person

There’s a lady with a heavy accent that answers the phone. She is extremely rude and a heavy accent. We tried calling today to try to get help and she barely let us speak. She kept on talking over us and they didn’t let us explain sounded as if she was in a hurry or something and she was trying to hang up on us and get off the phone so sad.

Been on hold for about ten minutes. It rang twice then just hung up. I can see they’re either busy or just poor at customer service. Highly unprofessional.
