As a Veteran in need of guidance and counsel, I called to get help. The callback was right on time but for nothing, the intake rep’ was rude, short, and hung up on me .. leaving me now even more scared for no help and nothing. They tell us veterans these people here can help, I think not. I am one now of many veterans who feel the same way “ they do not help veterans at ALL..” horrible

I went through an entire intake process and submitted documentation to be forwarded to an “attorney” who not only didn’t know the answers to most my questions, told me he wasn’t representing me, just giving legal advice. How useless. I called their help desk and got nothing.

Communication is terrible. At the last minute the “lawyers” don’t show up to court or they all of sudden never “represented” you. Be careful and have a back up. Glad I did.

I just had the absolute worst call from an attorney at this office. He asked me what the issue was I proceeded to tell him and then he tells me that doesn't make any sense. No help a waste of my time and emotions.
