I’m sorry, but the customer service is very poor. They will overtake talk you and gaslight. The lady I spoke to today was very dismissive and was twisting my words telling me things that were not related to my call. I have worked in customer well over 15 years and I don’t need anyone to try and tell me about their job consistent trying to make it about you and using your situation as a explain. That is not what I called for, I won’t be calling again for sure. Some people just like to hear themselves talk. Even if you personally can’t fix the issue all you had to was tell me to call back during intake hours…. I don’t need a dismissal and gaslit approach towards my situation. I am not taking away from them being backed up, I was actually in agreement with the lady I spoke to today and I am the one that mentioned them being backed up first but it wasn’t even a complaint it was more of a understanding but she comes off very fake and entitled. I don’t like the energy and she kept trying to defend a man that I spoke to last year when there was no need to. My current situation is a bit different now which is why I was calling back!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I requested a callback because the representatives were assisting many callers at the time. When I finally received a return call, the staff member who spoke with me was not friendly or professional when addressing my concern. I was simply trying to clarify my question, but she became impatient and even raised her voice at me. I understand that legal aid organizations are often busy and handle a large volume of cases, but that does not justify treating callers disrespectfully. People reach out for legal assistance because they need guidance and support, and they deserve to be treated with patience and courtesy. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable rather than helped. Customer service and professionalism are important, especially when working with vulnerable individuals seeking legal assistance. I hope the organization provides additional training on communication and client relations to ensure others do not have a similar experience.

You have to make an appointment first,but if you walk-in you can fill out a application on the spot and they say with-in two to three days you'll hear from someone there.

It's very helpful to those who cannot afford it.I'm grateful for their service!
