Talked to a lawyer a week ago. She seemed nice enough and said she would forward me an email right away with my next steps for my legal problem. I've been waiting ever since, checking trash and spam folder too. Needless to say, I've spent hours on the phone on hold this week. Usually ending in disconnection. On Monday after waiting on hold for about 4 hours, I spoke briefly to someone, she assured me that she would let the lawyer know and I'm still waiting. Just got disconnected after over an hour on hold. I give up. Proves you can't rely on anyone. Just a note after reading reviews and responses:hold times are long and the reason they can say everybody waits for only 1hr 9 minutes is because the line automatically disconnects and you have to call back, although I had 1 where I was on hold 1 hrs and21 minutes before it disconnected.

Like others have shared, I was on hold for over an hour and then the line disconnected, I called back and was on hold till 2:30, when they stop taking calls. Does anyone actually get to talk to anyone? What's more troubling to me, the Ohio Attorney General help line referred me here. I will be contacting them to let them know, maybe they need to take a closer look at this organization. And respectfully, I get being short staffed and being a nonprofit, but not even answering a call or having a way to contact, other than calling is not acceptable, not in this age when seniors are more vunerable than ever.

I scheduled two consultations with this organization and was unable to connect either time despite being available for both. The attorney calls from an unknown number with no way to call back or even see the call in your log if you miss it. During my second attempt, I answered a call on a number I had specifically provided for this appointment, said hello, and immediately heard a click as the call was ended. I was never called back. To make matters worse, the calls came in at 8:02 AM, nearly 30 minutes before the office opens, making it impossible to reach anyone to flag the issue in real time. After two failed attempts under these circumstances I cannot recommend this organization to anyone seeking timely and reliable legal assistance. The communication process needs serious improvement, especially for clients dealing with time-sensitive legal matters.

Good luck getting thru Called multiple times after 9:30 and kept getting told not open Then next day on hold 20 minutes when just trying to confirm the attorney call time No wonder seniors struggle with this terrible help. Whoever is funding this organization is not getting what they think

I've been on hold multiple times for an hour and phone disconnects. Very stressful! I need help for my mom! Make the phone communication better !!!!!
