Sorry that you were not satisfied when told you didn't have a viable claim. Your cost to file a claim, pat for an attorney time, and even possibly win would still cost you more than any amount you might recover in your small claim.
We contracted with Michael Sawka and were satisfied with Mr. Sawka's performance. He was responsive, diligent, timely with paperwork, and guided us through our legal situation with candor and clarity. Mr. Sawka is direct and to the point which, we appreciated. We would use his services again if need be.
Your situation is tough but we did what we needed to get to the best final outcome. Thank you for trusting me in this situation.

Called to speak with this lawyer and he was extremely rude from the very beginning. I told him that I do not have experience with such matters and he was not patient. I answered all questions and i am an intelligent individual so I was able to keep up with the conversation. I can appreciate that he did not think we had a strong case; however after I told him that he may just not be the lawyer for us and thanked him he continued to be aggressive and insist that we not bother persuing. I will be seeking other counsil considering this was the first person I spoke with. Seems to me that if this lawyer needs to work for you he will not want to take you on. Must be cut and dry. Just another lazy lawyer.
Sorry you were not happy with my opinion. I do not believe in taking money to work a case that will cost you more in attorney fees that you pay upfront, where even if you might win some amount it would end up costing you more in the long run. Good luck.
