They showed no interest in treating me with respect or offering real guidance, and their demeanor was consistently rude. I walked away feeling more stressed than when I came in. If you’re looking for a law firm that values clients, look elsewhere—this is not the place.

Sophia made an appointment for me to go into the office and called me the morning of the appointment and canceled. She tried to tell me the appointment was for the following month (then why did she call me)? She eventually admitted she had made an error. As it was, I had been trying to get a question answered for 6 weeks and another month was just too long to wait. I ended up going somewhere else and got the answers to my questions almost immediately. H & B has taken on more work than they can handle and I felt like I was strung along for way too long of a wait.
