I first hired this company With a lawyer they had at the time named Alexa Calloway, who was doing well with my case, but the case changed over to Mr. Randolph Frails himself midway. Once it changed over and even actually a little before there had been no progression with the case. I am now sitting with my case open since March of last year 2025, and there has still been no progression. I have been calling his personal work phone, and the office repeatedly and I’m always told that he is in a meeting or I have to leave a voicemail. On top of that, I have been emailing and texting as well to no response at all. I now have to search for a new lawyer to help me with my situation with my daughter. Do not waste your money your case will not be a priority as mine was not.
