This law firm claims to help. However, minimal contact with this retied veteran . They don treat their customer base as that, limited interaction or help with my resolution. I think i had done more foot work than what you would expect. Either way they don't get paid unless you get paid. I am guessing they don't get paid often based on their work. Proceed with caution.

Inadequate and Detrimental Guidance: During the initial application phase, I contacted the firm for guidance on completing my Function Report (SSA-3373). A staff member instructed me to provide a simplified account of my day, specifically advising me that if I "just watch TV," that is what I should put. Resulting Denial: Following this subpar advice led to an initial denial. By omitting my specific functional limitations, the SSA was led to believe I had the capacity for sedentary work. After my initial denial, I conducted independent research into SSA vocational standards and functional limitations. I realized the firm’s advice was professionally deficient. I personally drafted a new, detailed statement for my Reconsideration, which documented my pitted edema, that requirement to elevate my legs 3–4 times daily, and my 20-minute sitting/standing limitations. Failure of Representation: The firm provided no meaningful counsel regarding the vocational evidence required to win this case. I essentially represented myself to achieve an approval at the Reconsideration stage. ****I should have known that their response for me to reach out so we could talk about it and they could research it was a nothing more than a facade. I reached out and no response. Complete silence. Be careful they're trying to make your case go to trial so they can charge you more than the maximum fee which they can if they have to represent you in your hearing****
