They are rude and not professional, they will lead you along for you to call back and they get an attitude with you. Something needs to be done with all these employees. You don’t treat people like this . You treat them how you want to be treated. Find another profession if you hate doing what you’re doing. One star and would not recommend.
Did not point me in the right direction
Mrs. Ruby is very helpful and knowledgeable. It takes time to get through and patience but if you do your part they will help you.
I had called this place few times to get legal help. Hopefully I would find a consultant who is willing to help and answer my questions. Sadly every time I had called, someone always had hung up on me. That is not professional.
Stephanie @ extension 2133 left a very haughty ,snappy voicemail of which I did not consider to be Professional at all. She may want to consider another career because she shows no empathy at all.
