Competent. Unlike one company I dealt with, they do not ask for payment which is one serious mistake I made with another company that required $989 up front, & refused to give it back when they produced no results. VLI is always professional, competent, knowledgeable, responsive, & courteous. Please avoid the scam artists & only go with advisors who truly have your best interests at heart. VLI meets every criteria for honest, effective representation.
