I had to terminate Gray Reed. They took way too long to do anything and treated me like a very low priority. I lost confidence in them.

Just because filing a lawsuit is easy doesn’t mean you should file one without merit. We were sued by this attorney on behalf of himself who tried to do a side-deal with a rogue employee — entirely outside our business, without our knowledge or consent. Even admitting that our company likely had likely little to no involvemen, but then followed up with “I don’t care". This isn't legal representation — it's opportunism. Using the courts as a pressure tool to extract settlements from uninvolved parties is not just unethical, it's a complete failure of professional responsibility. Legal work should be grounded in facts and fairness, not fishing expeditions. Do better.

Kevin was attentive to every intricate detail of my son's case. It was a long 2 year battle but Kevin continued to work consistently to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my grand daughter. There were are lot of twists and turns but Kevin always had a plan to ensure the safety and well being of my granddaughter. Kevin was prompt at responding to each concern at hand.
