I've been using bill for over 20 years sadly I had to go through his documents for both my mother and father and the nursing home told me they had never seen such a well put together plan. So it's not just my recommendation but it's also the recommendation of a long-term care facility. $400 for a 90 minute phone consultation. Wow! I couldn't even get a simple question answered to see if I even needed a consult. "All of our attorneys are doing consultations" is code for, we can't talk to you without pay. I just personally didn't like that considering I was calling on behalf of my elderly loved one.
