I was medical discharge from the military. The rating was 80%. While in SC I had two military retire vets speak about this firm. First, I assumed what was given was correct. Second I didn’t want to loose what I had. So I decided to not to do anything. Worst decision ever. The process was not hard. They will answer all your questions. I went to all my C&P exams that were prompted by the VA and told them all my issues. Total time for me was 10 months.

Reached out back in the beginning of JULY for a consult. I completed all their questionnaires etc. and was completely ghosted. Reached out to them a month later in August and was given the typical response that my message was simply “passed to the attorneys.”
3 months later, an attorney texts me asking to do a consult. Completely unacceptable and to be honest, I am so happy I went with another firm. A law firm that can’t even properly process consults in a timely matter is poorly ran. I don’t care what anyone says. Imagine how they will treat you AFTER they have that contract signed from you! NO THANKS!
There are plenty of other firms in the springs with phenomenal ratings and results and who’s staff will treat you like they actually want to earn your money and get you your VA results
