I would like to say that this law firm is so amazing. The staff is wonderful and very professional and if you are looking for a team that will get the job done then this is it. I am so thankful and grateful for the hard work that they put into helping my husband get his VA benefits. If I could give them 10 stars I really would. Thank you to the wonderful people at Unruh law firm you did an outstanding job.

Do not contact do not call. They need to close their doors and let veterans find help other places. – 5 Months of Total Inaction Followed by Account CancellationI waited five full months under the Unruh law process for help with my VA claim. During that time, multiple staff members quit, and nothing — absolutely zero progress — was made on my record or my claim. No updates, no communication, no work done.When I finally reached out in the fifth month to ask what was happening, instead of fixing the problem or giving me any explanation, they canceled my account and sent me a cold letter saying they had “determined they cannot go forward with my claim.”Five months of complete silence and incompetence, followed by them simply dropping me. No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just a cancellation.This is not how you treat people — especially veterans trying to get the benefits they earned. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and sudden cancellation after months of delays is unacceptable and borderline negligent.I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere. They wasted half a year of my time and left my VA claim in worse shape than when I started.Zero stars. Do not use this company. Can I speak to the attorney? They should be ashamed of themselves close your doors let veterans find other places to go.

I had struggled to get my medical conditions service-connected and properly rated for over 10 years. I did this on my own, in the dark, without guidance and I was perpetually frustrated, exhausted, and frankly, defeated by the VA denying my claims for over a decade.
