Patricia’s customer service was extremely unprofessional. Her attitude was dismissive and came across as confrontational for no reason. I was transferred to her by another representative, yet she seemed frustrated with me as if I had done something wrong. Mind you I was calling for legal advice and still haven't talked to anyone about the legal situation

Don’t bother or waste your time. If you have the funds and can afford any level of paid representation, please do so. Only confer with this organization if you absolutely, positively have to. I couldn’t even get a cohesive response from the person I spoke with. Many people are unemployed and looking for work. If you don’t enjoy your job, ma’am, please release it and allow someone else to actually do the job you were hired to do. Such a waste of time.

Dezi Grimes is so rude and shows no empathy over the phone. Also, the attorneys here really don't want to work. Stay away from Ebony Cavalier, she finds ways to victim shame you and then abandon you during the hearing-def won't fight for you.

Similar experience to those reported here dealing with Desi Grimes and the lack of professionalism and downright rude and aggressive attitude I experienced with her.
