Bring your VA information into your claim preparation.

Import a snapshot from your own VA.gov session. Use the available claim information in Claim Raven and see what was captured before you continue.

Set up VA Bridge

Start with the information you already have.

Choose when to bring it over. Sign in to VA.gov yourself and use the guided collection steps. Review and authorize the import into Claim Raven. See what actually arrived. Check the coverage summary for captured sources, available information and anything the import couldn't retrieve. Continue with the right claim. Open the imported claim information and move into the related preparation workspace.

Compare snapshots as you return.

When you import again, review available changes against the earlier snapshot. Keep the import date in view so you know when the information was captured. Set up VA Bridge

Common questions

Does it stay connected to VA.gov?

No. The website import flow collects a snapshot when you run it. It doesn't keep reading your account on its own.

Can I use this process on my phone?

The current website collection process requires a computer. Open the setup page there to continue.

Does it import every document?

No. Coverage depends on the sources captured. Letter references are not the same as downloadable letter files, and benefit-summary letters are not included in this import.

What if only part of the import works?

Read the coverage summary. It separates available information from sources that couldn't be captured.

How do I refresh the information?

Run a new collection and import. The resulting information reflects that captured snapshot.

Does importing file or change a claim?

No. This workflow brings information into Claim Raven for review and preparation.
