Scott and his team are wonderful! From the first phone call I made I felt heard and supported. I appreciate the time Scott took to explain the process and the attention given to my specific circumstances. I am so grateful for the VA pension that my father received. Upon his passing, I received a sympathy card from the office, because that is the kind of people they are. They truly care. Don't hesitate to call them no matter where you are in your elder care journey.

Wow what a review...I truly appreciate the detail. I do care and my family has been thru this too. Nothing is more important that the support you need when things get tough. When I am with you, you are the only one in my world. That's the way I want to be treated, and that's what you should get. Call me anytime.

Awesome website, great reviews, but for me, it was a bummer. I called, but no answer. Tried to submit a form, but no place for home phone. Third try by email with a brief message got me a return call. I described my issues, but the intake person said she needed to consult with other staff members and scheduled a call with a 3 hour window for 2 days later. I made myself available for all 3 hours, but the call never came....that was a week ago. My search continues.

Bob,
I'm hate to hear that you have been so frustrated. My records show that a conversation took place with you the same day that the form was submitted, and that it was able to occur because you did submit the phone number which is how we contacted you. I further have records of the choices that you couldn't hire because of other dynamics with. I do wish you great outcomes.
