Having served in the military for 9 years, I reached my end of active service in 2002. I recently learned about the VA disability that is available to veterans who have served. I had never considered myself to have any type of injuries during my time in service, so I never thought to look into it. A friend of mine told me about the Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project. He mentioned how helpful they were and convinced me to at least give them a call. After some time, I finally reached out and spoke with Michael Foley. Immediately I was impressed. Michael took the time to tell me about his experience in the military and he put me at ease when he described to me how the process works. The process was simple. He went right to work filing all the forms that were needed. A short time later Michael reached out to me and told me about the injuries I received during my time in service which I completely forgot about. I did not consider the injuries, because they happened while I was off duty. Michael explained to me that my injuries were still related to my time in service. From there, my appointments were simple and the process was smooth. He even reached out to me before and after appointments to see how I was doing. After a short three months, Michael called me to tell me that I received a disability rating of 100%. I cannot thank Michael Foley enough for helping me through this process. He really put my mind at ease. He also made sure that I knew I needed to do some work on my end, I had to make sure I made all my appointments which, looking back, was pretty simple compared to having to do this on my own. I could not imagine doing the paperwork that Michael did for me. I highly recommend my family, friends, and people who have served to reach out to Michael Foley at the Rocky Mountain Veterans Advocacy Project, its truly one of the best decisions I have ever made.

If you’re a veteran and you’re tired of getting jerked around by the VA, you need Michael Foley in your corner. This man is an absolute powerhouse. From the second we talked, he cut through the confusion, the runaround, and the stress like it was nothing. No fluff, no BS; just results. Michael doesn’t treat you like another file on a desk. He treats you like a brother-in-arms. He knows the system better than anyone I’ve ever met, and he fights like someone who genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. He took me from 80% to 100% Permanent & Total, and he did it without putting me through the typical VA nightmare. No endless limbo, no guessing games, no banging my head against a wall waiting for updates. He handled the heavy lifting while keeping me informed and calm the entire way. The guy is a straight-up force of nature. If you want someone who knows exactly what to do, doesn’t back down, and actually delivers Michael Foley is that guy. Five stars isn’t enough. This man changed my family's life!

Sent an email asking for help preparing a Will and they didn't bother to reply. So much for vets helping vets. I'll find another lawyer to pay for their service.

Their dedication, compassion, and knowledge in regards to the Veterans truly made a difference during one of the hardest times of our life.
