Made an appointment for 05/20 – 1:30 PM. Received appointment confirmation, several messages and emails reminder including one 5 minutes before to be ready waiting for the phone. I received no phone call. I called the office to inquire and the person that was supposed to call me was busy. As per reviews, it may be a great company. However, I will not do business with a lawyer firm that does not respect my time.
Reply from the firm
Mr. Muino, we sincerely apologize that you didn't receive your scheduled call as planned. We had an unexpected phone system issue at the time of your appointment, which prevented us from reaching you at 1:30. At 1:40, you contacted our answering service and requested that we never contact you again, and we respected that request rather than calling once the temporary issue was fixed. We understand how frustrating this was, especially after receiving appointment reminders. We care deeply about professionalism and our clients’ experience, and we’re sorry this interaction did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide.
