I heard about this law firm through a radio program and initially had a very positive impression. I contacted the office over the weekend to inquire about scheduling a free consultation regarding a straightforward, single-document matter. I am currently comparing pricing and consultation options with several attorneys. During my call, I was told that I could not receive a phone consultation and that a Zoom consultation would only be available if I had a medical condition or disability. When I questioned this policy, I was told that if I was not in agreement with it, I could go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I found the representative’s tone to be unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I explained that other attorneys I had contacted were willing to provide information and pricing without requiring me to go through the same process, but rather than addressing my concerns, I was again told to seek services elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would recommend confirming the firm’s consultation requirements before contacting them, particularly if you are simply looking for an estimate on a straightforward document. My interaction left me disappointed, especially given the positive impression I initially had from hearing about the firm on the radio. I do not recommend this firm if you need a straight forward easy consultation.

Although we did not use their services Ally was amazing. I appreciated how helpful, knowledgable, professional and succinct she was.
