I was treated very rudely by some of the people here. I would never recommend them. Remember they are part of the VA System that denies claims.

What can I say... This is a disservice to veterans, the person who represented me did NOT communicate with me at all, he did NOT follow what we spoke about, and made changes that I would just have to deal with, again without speaking to me, I cannot recommend this service to any veteran remember this "you get what you pay for" free usually means horrible. When I confronted him about this, he dropped me as a client, saying "ive done everything we spoke about, according to me im done" I tried to argue with him about it, but I received no reply, I sent everything to his boss (im assuming) i was completely ignored.. I say again, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!! Its best if you get a private attorney, sure it'll be more expensive, but itll be worth it. Im still experiencing the same issues, but cant complain about it to management, because of all this mess.

Incredible staff doing very much needed work for veterans. These lawyers could be making a lot more money in private practice, yet they’re all there helping veterans. Amazing people doing amazing work. Shout out to Ali. She’s the best.
