Called because it's the number that posts free low cost legal aid. They told me it was an application process & 2 to 4 weeks to speak to an attorney if you are accepted with a fee & I said is this not legal aid because Google leads you immediately here. The lady wasn't very kind & let me know they are not legal aid & doesn't have the number for it either. Don't call if that's what you're looking for for questions

I am very thankful with Texas rio grande legal aid. Believing in them is not a mistake, Yes I had to wait two years to get my background erased but the wait was worth it., they helped me with a free lawyer and well what can I say my background is long and not pretty at all but today I’m signing the papers to erase some of the charges I have in my background.,,,thank you so much legal aid for your your help I am forever grateful. Love ya!!!!

Is the phone queue legit? First day i called i started at 34th in wait line, 4 hours later at closing time i was only 14th in line. Second day i call i started at 38th in wait line and nearly 6 hours later i was 1st in queue for over an hour that ran into closing time. Nobody ever answered. Funny how the closer you get in the queue the longer the wait time stretches. This can't be legit.

Hold times are crazy. I literally worked half my shift with the call on hold and call took 15 min for them to tell me they couldn't help me since I didn't have an active case. They were not very helpful. Civil case.
