Avoid them if you can. They will not communicate much after wasting hours of your time waiting for "Intake", just to tell you they can't represent you when it's already too late.

After spending 4 hours on hold and another 2 hours carefully documenting my situation, this was a complete waste of time. I received a callback the next day from a representative who was dismissive, condescending, and completely uninvested in my case. She offered only basic, generalized answers—which were the exact reason I reached out in the first place—and it quickly became clear I knew more about the process than she did. The worst part? When I asked if she had actually reviewed my case or reasons for my inquiry for assistance, she openly admitted she hadn't and wouldn't because she would have to "ask for them." What is the point of a callback service if the staff refuses to review the file or actually help? Extremely frustrating experience.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior Guadalupe was very dismissive matter of fact attitude and defensive sounded intoxicated like she was in a hurry to get me off the phone.She actually lied and said she would email me resources and never did don't waste your time they won't help you

Not even sure this is even a legit company. As many others on here I have called and called and called and no one ever answered. At one point I was #2 In the queue and waited on hold for almost 2 hours and eventually just gave up and hung up. Notice all the 4 and 5 star reviews at the very end of all the REAL reviews are all from either the owner of the site or the people that work there. Worst site and company ever! If it’s even legit to begin with. 😒
